Show Sponsorship
Canada's only nation-wide destination wedding and honeymoon expo is currently looking for key sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities are only available to major honeymoon and/or destination wedding suppliers and are very limited.
Most sponsorship packages include name mention and logo display in all Romance Travel Show advertisements in bridal magazines, newspapers, travel magazines, radio, trade magazines and more as well as banner displays in hallways and lobbies of the show, and larger exhibitor space.
The sponsorship opportunities are as follows;
Silver Sponsorship - $300 additional per city/cities of choice:
- Logo display at second tier of exhibitor list web page.
- 1 display banner outside booth opportunity for that city.
- Company highlighted in printed directory for attendees.
- Premium booth location per city.
- 2 minute presentation per city.
Gold Sponsor - $6,500 total for all 6 Spring cities:
- Name mention and logo inclusion in marketing campaign.
- Logo display at top of exhibitor list web page.
- 2 display banners outside booth opportunity (stage and lobby).
- Company highlighted in printed directory for attendees.
- Premium booth location per city.
- Literature inclusion in gift bags for all wedding couples.
- 5 minute presentation per city.
- 4 email broadcasts about your product/service to attending wedding couples.
Platinum Sponsor - $7,100 total for all 8 Fall and Spring cities:
- Name mention and logo inclusion in marketing campaign.
- Logo display at top of exhibitor list web page.
- 2 display banners outside booth opportunity (stage and lobby).
- Company highlighted in printed directory for attendees.
- Premium booth location per city.
- Literature inclusion in gift bags for all wedding couples.
- 5 minute presentation per city.
- 4 email broadcasts about your product/service to attending wedding couples.
